Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho d/b/a Frontier Communications of
Idaho (Frontier) is hereby notifying the Public Utilities Commission via electronic filing
that Frontier transferred control of its Idaho operations to Northwest Fiber, LLC.,
effective April 30, 2020. Accordingly, Frontier’s Access Service Price List and Network
Access Service Price List should be withdrawn.
