AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On October 7, 1999, U S WEST Communications, Inc. (U S WEST) and Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho (Citizens) filed a Joint Application for transfer of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. The Application requests approval of the transfer to Citizens of U S WEST’s Certificate to provide local exchange and other telecommunication services in north Idaho. On March 10, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearings, which scheduled a public hearing in Lewiston on April 27, 2000. The Commission has determined to change the time of the public hearing from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
NOTICE OF HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a PUBLIC HEARING IN LEWISTON, IDAHO ON APRIL 27, 2000, for the purpose of receiving testimony from interested members of the public. The public hearing will convene at 6:00 P.M. AT THE RED LION HOTEL, 621 21ST STREET, LEWISTON, IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In order to participate, understand testimony and argument at a public hearing, persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission Secretary at:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the Commission may enter any final order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be conducted pursuant to the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq.
