ID-97-11 BY CITIZENS TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY OF IDAHO ESTABLISHING A LOCAL CALLING PLAN BETWEEN ABERDEEN AND POCATELLO.)))))))CASE NO. CTC-T-97-5ORDER NO. 27219On October 17, 1997, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho (Citizens) filed Tariff Advice No. ID-97-11 establishing a local calling plan between Aberdeen and Pocatello. The proposed effective date of the tariff advice is November 21, 1997.FINDINGSWe note that the local calling plan proposed by this tariff advice is at issue and will be resolved in Case No. GNR-T-96-7; the Commissions EAS proceeding for the Aberdeen/ American/Blackfoot area. Consequently, we find that it is reasonable to suspend the proposed effective date of Tariff Advice No. ID-97-11 for a period of thirty (30) days plus five (5) months pursuant to Idaho Code 61-622 or until such time as the Commission issues a final Order resolving this matter. Moreover, we find that it is reasonable to consolidate this proceeding into Case No. GNR-T-96-7. All future Orders and Notices, as well as any filings made with the Commission concerning Tariff Advice ID-97-11 shall be made in Case No. GNR-T-96-7 using the designated caption for that proceeding.O R D E RIT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the proposed effective date of November 21, 1997 for Tariff Advice No. ID-97-11 is suspended for a period of thirty (30) days plus five (5) months.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this proceeding shall be consolidated into Case No. GNR-T-96-7.DONE by Order of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission at Boise, Idaho this day of November 1997.DENNIS S.
