Application for Commission Determination of Qualified Broadband Equipment for
the Year 2008
Pursuant to Commission Order No. 28784, in Case No. GNR-T-01-10, Citizens
Telecommunications Company of Idaho submits the following information as an
application for Commission determination that the subject installad. broadband
equipment qualifies for investment tax credit under Idaho Code § 63-30291.
