Pursuant to Commission Order No. 28784, in Case No. GNR-T-01-10, Citizens
Telecmmunications Company of Idaho submits the following information as an
application for Commission determination that the subjec installed broadband
equipment qualifes for investment ta credit under Idaho Code § 63-30291.
