RE: Report to the Commission on Citizens Telecommunications Company ofldaho tariff
ID-05-, Case No. CTC- T -05-
Dear Ms Jewell
In its order No. 29893, dated October 17, 2005, approving advice letter No. ID-05-06 of
Citizens Telecommunications Company ofldaho dba Frontier Communications ofldaho
(Frontier), the Commission required Frontier to "provide a report the Commission
reporting on its experience with this new service." In compliance with that order Frontier
provides the following information on its electronic billing service in Idaho.
Frontier currently has approximately 22 000 customer access lines in Idaho.
There are 1168 Idaho customers who have subscribed to and are receiving electronic
billing service. Of this total 308, or approximately 26%, are also receiving paper bills.
These 308 customers are all being billed $2.00 per month for the paper bills they receive.
Since this service was begun in December 2005, Frontier has recorded no
customer complaints related to the $2.00 charge for paper bills.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let me know.
Sincerely,
0 Henni
