I want to make the record quite clear. While I have offered my services to both of you to participate in a conference call if you both believe that it would be helpful, I have not requested such a conference call as stated in Mr. Jones letter. Since both of you independently indicated to me your desires to arrive at a mutually acceptable interconnection agreement, I simply offered to help, if I could.
