it had changed its name to Clear Rate Communications, LLC.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity is issued to Clear Rate Communications, LLC, Certificate No. 534, to provide resold
and non-facilities based local exchange service utilizing the facilities of incumbent local exchange
carriers, within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved this name change to Certificate No.
534 by Order No. 35350, in Case No. CRC-T-22-01.
