authorizes the Company to provide resold and non-facilities based local exchange service
throughout Idaho. The Commission approved the Company's Certificate by Order No. 34902
issued January 20, 2021 (the “Order”) and authorized the Company to provide telecommunications
services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the
findings of the Order and is effective for service performed on or after January 20, 2021.
