PROVIIIER IN IDAHO; CASE NO. CPI.T-18-02.
On January 18, 2018, Comcast Phone of ldaho, LLC ("Comcast") filed an Application with
the Commissiono per Procedural Order No. 32277 and IDAPA 3 I .0 I .01 . I 14, for registration/certification
as a wholesale provider of telecommunications servicc in ldaho. Application at l.
THD APPLTCATION
Comcast is a wholesale provider of telecommunications services incorporated in the State of
Delaware and lists is principal place of business as Philadelphia, PA. Id. at 2. On May 24,2016, Idaho's
Secretary of State certified that Comcast is authorized to transact business in ldaho. /d., Exh. A. While
Comcasl does not maintain a place of business in ldaho, it liss C T Corporatior System, 921 S. Orchard
Street, Suite G, Boise, ldaho 83705, as its registered agent in ldaho. Id, atZ,
Comcast provided additional information related it its primary contact for ldaho customer
complaints and interconnection agreement(s). Finally, Comcast stated that it will comply with all Idaho
laws and Commission Rules and Regulations and acknowledges that if it obtains numbering resources in
Idaho, it will be subject to numbering conservation, pooling, and utilization measures. Id. at3.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission process Comcast Phone's Application under
Modified Procedure with a 2lday comm€nt period.
