On December 15, 2017, Comcast Phone of Idaho, LLC ("Comcast Phone" or
"Company") filed an appeal of the number pooling administrator's decision denying its request
for numbering resources with the Commission. In its filing, the Company sought to have the
Commission, pursuant to its authority, reverse the decision of the Telephone Number Pooling
Administrator that denied Comcast Phone numbering resources in Idaho. Application at L
However, after informal communication with Commission Staff, the Company filed
a letter on January 18,2018, stating that "[i]nstead of pursuing the Appeal . . . Comcast [Phone]
will apply for registration as a wholesale provider of telecommunications services in Idaho,
pursuant to Procedural Order No. 32277, and will obtain numbers pursuant to that authority."

The Company's application for registration as a wholesale provider of
telecommunications services in Idaho is now under consideration by the Commission. See Case
No. CPI-T-18-02. Therefore, due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal and refiling, Case No.
CPI-T-I8-01 is now moot and should be closed.
