IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity,
Certificate No. 329, is issued to Columbine Telephone Company, Inc. d.b.a. Teton Telecom
Communications, an affiliate of Silver Star Telephone Company. This Certificate authorizes
Columbine to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunication services, including basic exchange
services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Columbine's Certificate by
Order No. 27166 issued October 20, 1997, issued in Case Nos. USW-T-97-17, COL-T-97-1, COU-
T-97-1, DCL-T-97-1, FMT-T-97-1, FRE-T-97-1, PRJ-T-97-1, SAW-T-97-1, WTL-T-97-1. Order
No. 27166 limits the areas in which Columbine is authorized to provide Title 61 services and
