As you may know, Columbine and Silver Star are affiliated entities. Pursuant to the above referenced cases, Columbine acquired all of Silver Star’s local exchange assets in a corporate restructuring. Thus, Silver Star will no longer provide service to any customers, and all the customers previously served by Silver Star will now be served by Columbine. Order No. 33423 requires that Columbine file an amended Tariff prior to the Commission issuing a revised Certificate to Columbine. This Tariff revision is being submitted in accordance with Order No. 33423. Enclosed are the proposed revisions in redline format and the full Tariff in clean and redline format. As you can see, Silver Star is being deleted from the Tariff as it will no longer be an Issuing Carrier and any changes to Columbine’s rates as a result of the restructure are reflected in the rates listed for Columbine in the revised Tariff. It is requested that this filing become effective January 1, 2016.
