Dear Secretary Noriyuki:
CNS Networks LLC (the "Registrant") hereby submits notice of intent to operate as an "Other
Telecommunications Service Provider" within the State of Idaho. In support, Registrant submits the
following information specified in Idaho Code § 62-604:

In Idaho, Registrant proposes to build a fiber-based network to support carrier and
enterprise customers. Registrant seeks to primarily provide point-to-point
telecommunications services such as private line and similar services to wholesale (e.g.,
other carriers and providers) and enterprise customers_ Registrant does not currently own
or lease fadlities in Idaho but plans to provide services within the state primarily using its
own fadlities or will use existing network infrastructure, including fiber optic lines, poles,
conduit, duds and other access methods, where appropriate to provide its services.
Registrant proposes to provide most of its services using fiber optic cable along with other
equipment and fadlities to originate, terminate, and amplify signals. Registrant does not
currently plan to furnish basic local exchange service.
3. Area served by Registrant or in which Registrant offers telecommunication services:
Registrant is registering to provide telecommunications services throughout the State of
Idaho.
