NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION AND CLOSURE OF
CASE NO. CNC-03-1. '
On November 10 2003, Computer Network Technology Corporation (CNTC) submitted
an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide non-switched
(private line) service in Idaho. The application was assigned Case No. CNC-03-
Staff contacted CNTC to clarify the purposes for which a Certificate had been requested
and explain that a Certificate was not required for private line service identified in the
application. On December 11 2003 , the Company notified the Commission it wished to
withdraw its application for a Certificate. As no Commission action is required, Case No.
CNC-03-1 can be closed.
Please use this memorandum to document closure of this case. If I can prpvide any
additional information, let me know.
