Idaho's laws that define the teleconununications services that are subject to the IPUC's jurisdiction limit that jurisdiction to "switched"services. The services identified in CNTC's application are non-switched,so no certificate is required. Those services are entirelyoutside the Commission's jurisdiction,so no further filings or notices to the IPUC are required to provide those non-switched telecommunications services in Idaho. Sincerely, Wayne Hart Telecommunications Analyst CC:(via e-mail)Paulette Bannanck [pbannack@windfallintl.com] WH:filing letter for CNTC Located at 472 West Washington Street,Boise,Idaho 83702 Telephone:(208)334-0300 Facsimile:(208)334-3762
