On January 5, 2011 , CommPartners, LLC requested that its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 443 issued by the Commission on March 16 2005, be
cancelled. CommPartners stated it has no customers or facilities in the State of Idaho. In its
Decision Meeting on January 31 , 2011 , the Commission approved CommPartners ' request for
cancellation of Certificate No. 443.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In November 2004, CommPartners, LLC filed an Application for a CPCN to provide
facilities-based and resold local exchange and interexchange services in Idaho. In March 2005, the
Commission granted CommPartners ' Application for a CPCN. Order No. 29733.
On January 5 2011 , CommPartners requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated
that it has no customers or facilities in Idaho. Staffrecommended the Commission cancel Certificate
No. 443 and remove the Company s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CommPartners, LLC's request for cancellation of
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 443 is granted. Certificate No. 443 is no longer
in effect, and CommPartners is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the
State ofIdaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code g g 61-619
and 61-626.
