SUBJECT: CLERTECH.COM, INC.'S APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, CASE NO. CLE-T-08-01
On May 15, 2008, Clertech.Com, Inc. ("Clertech.com") filed an Application for a
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN). Idaho PUC Staff Member Grace
Seaman made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the Company via telephone. On August
22, 2008, Ms. Seaman sent a letter to the business address listed in Clertech.com's Application
advising the Company that if it did not respond in writing by September 12, 2008 its Application
would be cancelled. The Company has not responded to the inquiry. Consequently,
Clertech.com's Application should be cancelled and this case should now be closed.
