Dear Sir:
The above referenced Resale Agreement between CenturyTel and l-800-Reconex, Inc. ("1-800") has been
terminated by means of 1-800's written letter dated January 20,2009 informing CenturyTel they are no
longer offering telecommunication services in the CenturyTel service area for multiple states. CenturyTel
hereby notifies the Idaho Public Service Commission that the aforementioned Resale Agreement is null and
void and no longer available for the opt-in provisions effective February 20,2009.
