MINUTE ORDER
On April 7, 1998, Century Telephone ofIdaho, Inc. submitted a request to change its
name to CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc. The Company changed its name with the Idaho Secretary of
State on May 6, 1998. The Company requested that the Commission reflect the change of name
on its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 289 (Second Amended) issued to
Century Telephone of Idaho, Inc. on June 4, 1985. Consequently, the Commission authorizes
the name change from Century Telephone of Idaho, Inc. to CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc. on
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 289 (Third Amended).
