On March 25,2014,the Commission issued Order No.33001.The following
changes should be made to that Order:
The terms “approve,”“approved,”“Agreements”and “Interim Agreement”on
pages 2-3 of Order No.33001 are not accurate and should be replaced with
the terms “accepted”and “Interim Arrangement.”
Page 2,Staff Recommendation Section reads:
Staff reviewed the Applications and does not find any terms or conditions that
it considers to be discriminatory or contrary to the public interest.Staff
believes that the Agreements are consistent with the pro-competitive policies
of this Commission,the Idaho Legislature,and the federal
Telecommunications Act.Accordingly,Staff recommended that the
Commission approve the Agreements.

of the Gem State.Inc.dba CenturyLink and Teleport Communications of
America.LLC.Case No.CGS-T-14-O1.is approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Interim Agreement between CenturyTel
of Idaho,Inc.dba CenturyLink and Teleport Communications of America,
LLC,Case No.CEN-T-14-OI,is approved.
Page 3,Order Section should read:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Interim Arrangement between
CenturyTel of the Gem State,Inc.dba CenturyLink and Teleport
Communications of America,LLC,Case No.CGS-T-14-Ol,is accepted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Interim Arrangement between
CenturyTel of Idaho,Inc.dba CenturyLink and Teleport Communications of
America,LLC,Case No.CEN-T-14-Ol,is accepted.
