COMPLIANCE FILING - INTERIM TARIFF
As part ofthe Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 30571 issued on June 12 2008
the Commission directed Teton Springs Water and Sewer Company, LLC to provide continued
culinary water service at the Company s existing flat rate and directed the Company to file a tariff
schedule setting forth the Commission-approved rates.
Staff reviewed the interim tariff submitted by the Company on June 18 , 2008 , to ensure that
the language and rates reflect Commission directives as stated in Order No. 30571. The interim
tariff includes Rate Schedule No., Flat Rate Service (see attachment). Staff confirms that the
language and rates comport with Commission Order No. 30571. Staff recommends approval of
the interim tariff.
