IDAHO'S TARIFF ADVICE NO. 03-06 TO
ESTABLISH RATES FOR INTRAMT A CALLS
ORIGINATED BY CERTAIN WIRELESS CUSTOMERS.

MINUTE ORDER
On June 2, 2003 , CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc. filed Tariff Advice No. 03-06 to establish
a new set of rates that would apply to intraMT A (Major Trading Area) traffic originated by
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or wireless providers who do not have Interconnection
Agreements with CenturyTel. The Company proposed an effective date for the tariff of July 2
2003. On July 3, 2003 , the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of Modified
Procedure and Order suspending the effective date of the proposed tariff for a period of 60 days.
On July 9, 2003, CenturyTel notified the Commission by letter that it wishes to
withdraw the proposed tariff. The letter states that "CenturyTel wishes to withdraw its proposed
new tariff for intraMT A traffic originated by Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers who
do not have Interconnection Agreements with the Company and to terminate traffic to end user
subscribers of the Company." The letter asks the Commission to "please withdraw the filing.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Tariff Advice No. 03-06 filed by CenturyTel of
Idaho, Inc. to establish a new set of rates for intraMTA traffic originated by Commercial Mobile
Radio Service or wireless providers who do not have Interconnection Agreements is withdrawn
and Case No. CEN-03-1 is closed.
