wholesale telecommunication services and that CentuTel Fiber Company II, LLC d//a
LightCore, a CenturTel Company ("LightCore") does not need to apply for a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") in the State ofIdaho. Accordingly, please accept
ths letter as notice that LightCore wishes to withdraw its application for a CPCN in Idaho.
