CHICKADEE WTRELESS, INC.'S REQUEST TO WITHDRAW
THE APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF TUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY; CASE NO. CD\M-T-16-01.
On May 12,2016, Chiekadee Wireless, Inc. ("Chickadee" or "Company") applied
to the Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)
authorizing it to provide basic local exchange service as a competitive local exchange
carrier (CLEC) in ldaho. On August I I, 2016, an Order was issued approving the
Application for a CPCN subject to certain conditions. ,See OrderNo.33566. One of the
conditions stated thal "prior to the issuance of the Certificate, Chickadee [shaltJ file[ ] a
hnal price list outlining all its rates, terms and conditions with the Commission." /d.
Chickadee has not complied with this condition, and during follow up communications
with the Company, it requested to withdraw the Application" ,See Isaacs E-Mail, June 15,
2017. Staff, therefore, recommends Commission approval to withdraw Case No.
cDw-T-16-01.
