Chickadee's application for a CPCN in Idaho was approved with Commission Order No. 33566 on 8/11/16. As
you know, we are waiting for the Company to file a Price List with the PUC before the Certificate is issued. In
our last conversation, you indicated that the Company may withdraw its CPCN. We have received neither a
Price List or a letter of withdrawal. Please complete one of these actions as soon as possible.
