RE:IDAHO POWER COMPANY TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF
SHOSHONE FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 08-03.
ST AFF ANALYSIS
On May 21 , 2008, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City of
Shoshone to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City adopted Ordinance
514 on May 6, 2008, imposing a franchise fee of I %. A copy of the ordinance was submitted
with the Application. The Company also provided a copy of the customer bill insert that will be
sent with the May 29 2008 bill to all affected customers. The Company requested an effective
date of June 27 2008.
COMMISSION DECISION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
