RE:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S TARIFF ADVICE TO MAKE MINOR
CORRECTIONS AND REDUCE CUSTOMER INCENTIVE AMOUNT
FOR PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS; ADVICE NO. 08-03.
On May 15, 2008 , Rocky Mountain Power filed Advice No. 08-03 with the Commission
requesting authorization to make minor house keeping corrections to tariff sheets filed in Case
No. PAC-08-01 and approved by the Commission on April 30, 2008. See Commission Order
No. 30543. With this filing, the Company corrects spelling errors, and changes "Commercial
and Industrial Energy Efficiency Incentives Optional for Qualifying Customers" to "FinAnswer
Express." In addition, the Company wishes to reduce the customer incentive amount for
programmable thermostats from $50.00 to $25.00. Rocky Mountain requests a retroactive
effective day of May 1 2008.
