NOTICE OF HEARING

On March 29, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing scheduling a technical hearing in this matter for Tuesday, May 9, 2000. After the issuance of the Notice, the Commission determined that it has an unavoidable conflict in the date set for the technical hearing. Consequently, the Commission must reschedule this hearing. Postponing the technical hearing will not affect the deadline for issuing the Commission’s final Order in this matter.

AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission is vacating its technical hearing in this matter originally scheduled for May 9, 2000, at 9:30 a.m. at the Commission’s hearing room. Instead, the Commission will convene its technical hearing in this matter on THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2000 AT 9:30 A.M. AT THE COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM LOCATED AT 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO [phone]. The purpose of this hearing will be to take the technical evidence of the parties.
