CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO )REFLECT THAT CINCINNATI BELL ANY )ORDER NO.33956DISTANCE,INC.HAS CHANGED ITS NAME )TO CBTS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS,LLC )
On December 6,2017,Cincinnati Bell Any Distance Inc.(Company)notified the
Commission of a change in its operating entity that affects its Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity,No.509.Effective October 4,2017,the Company had withdrawn its foreign
registration statement with the Idaho Secretary of State and successfully re-registered to conduct
business in Idaho under the name CBTS Technology Solutions,LLC.
At the December 18,2017,decision meeting,Staff recommended the Commission
change the name on Certificate No.509 to reflect the proper name of the entity conducting
business under authorityof the Certificate.The Company stated that the change in name and
registration will have no customer impact.The Company has provided its updated Interexchange
Service tariff and a link to its local service price list.
Based on our review of the information provided to the Commission by the Company,
the Commission finds it reasonable to issue an amended Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity to reflect the change in name on Certificate No.509 from Cincinnati Bell Any
Distance,Inc.,to CBTS Technology Solutions,LLC.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.
509,is amended to change the name from Cincinnati Bell Any Distance,Inc.,to CBTS
Technology Solutions,LLC.CBTS Technology Solutions,LLC will be issued an amended
Certificate reflecting this name change.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order.Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration.See Idaho Code §61-626.
