AREA PREVIOUSLY SERVED BY UNDERLYING CARRIER VERIZON
WIRELESS AND REMOVAL OF AT&T MOBILITY AS AN
UNDERLYING CARRIER; CASE NO. BWL-T-23-01.
On August 2, 2023, Boomerang Wireless, LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless (“Company”), filed
a Withdrawal of Application. Under Rule of Procedure 68, “[u]nless otherwise ordered by the
Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing.” IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The
Commission did not otherwise order. The Company’s Application is withdrawn as a matter of
law, effective as of August 16, 2023. Therefore, this case should be closed.
