On July 24, 2023, we filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission in Docket No. BLW-T-
23-01 on behalf of our client Boomerang Wireless, LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless and Application
Seeking Partial Relinquishment of Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier on a
Wireless Basis (Low-Income Only) in a Certain Service Area Previously Served by Underlying
Carrier, Verizon Wireless and Removal of AT&T Mobility as an Underlying Carrier. After the
filing, and in consultation with Staff, we determined that additional information should be
included with the filing. Therefore, I am requesting to withdraw the Application without
prejudice to refile at a future date. We expect to refile properly in the near term. Thank you for
