Notice-ACP Replacement Plan -Bundled Broadband Plan Update
Dear Sir or Madam:
Our client, Boomerang Wireless, LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless ("enTouch Wireless") is
adding a $9.25 Bundled Broadband Plan that is FREE to eligible Lifeline applicants and
subscribers. In light of an expected reduction of funds of the Affordable Connectivity Program
("ACP"), enTouch Wireless has rolled out the FREE Bundled Broadband Plan to its Lifeline
offerings as described below and on the attached spreadsheet.
Minimum Service Standard Non-Tribal Broadband -Free -Plan: effective 2/8/2024
Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan: This FREE plan offers 300 voice minutes, 300 text
units, and 4.5GB of broadband data. "Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan" is available to
qualifying Post-ACP new enrollments for Lifeline-only services; and it is the 'default'
Lifeline plan to which enTouch non-tribal post-ACP customers, who qualify for Lifeline, will
revert to for Lifeline-only services. The Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan is also the
'default' broadband plan to which enTouch customers who do not prepay for co-pay services
will be automatically downgraded to the FREE "Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan." Data is
4O/LTE based on network availability and device capability. Additional Voice minutes,
Text units and Broadband data may be purchased from the Company by calling 866-488-
8719 or dialing 6 from your Lifeline phone. Customers provide their own device as this plan
does not include a free device. Lifeline minutes, texts and data are automatically posted each
month on the Lifeline customer's service date. There is no rollover of minutes, texts, or data,
and any unused minutes, texts, or data will expire on the next month's monthly service date.
Services are for personal use only. All usage is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. See

Also, effective February 14, 2024, Boomerang is offering its non-tribal Lifeline Bundled
Broadband Plan customers several optional plan upgrades with minimal copays that include
added services to the FREE Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan: 500 voice, 500 texts, 4.5GB data
($1.00 copay); 1000 voice, 1000 texts, 4.5GB data ($5.00 copay); 1500 voice, 1500 texts, 4.5GB
data ($10.00 copay); unlimited talk and text plus 4.5 GB data ($25.00 copay); unlimited talk and
text plus 5 GB data ($26.00 copay); or unlimited talk and text plus 6 GB data ($30.00
copay).These Broadband co-pay offerings are to post-ACP new Lifeline-only enrollments.
Customers on non-tribal, broadband-designated plans who do not pay their co-pay at the end of
the 30-days will automatically be downgraded to the non-Tribal FREE Lifeline Bundled
Broadband Plan consisting of 300 voice/300 text/4.5GB.
Descriptions of all the updated non-tribal Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan and Broadband
Co-pay plans are set forth in the attachment. Existing Lifeline subscribers on FREE Bundled
Voice Plan may change to the FREE Bundled Broadband Plan by calling enTouch Customer
service at 866-488-8719.
Also, the"1200 Voice, Unlimited Text and 250MB" ($5,00 Copay Plan) of the Lifeline
Bundled Voice Plans increased the data amount from 250MB to 500MB. This change became
effective February 19, 2024.
The Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan and Bundled Broadband Co-pay Plans are not
available in CA or PR. The Lifeline Bundled Broadband Plan and Bundled Broadband
$1.00, $5.00, and $10.00 Co-pay Plans are not available in KY.
