This letter is to notify the Commission that effective Decembet 1, 2020, Boomerang Wireless,
LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless Lifeline plans were compliant with federal and state Eligible
Telecommunications Carrier regulations, and has recently implemented updates to the existing
Lifeline plans and additional options. The updated Lifeline plans are as follows:
Minimum Standard Non-Tribal (Free) Plan. effective 1/1 212021
1000 Bundled Voice Plan: This plan offers 1000 voice minutes, 500 text units, and 100 MB
of broadband data. Data is 3G/4GILTE based on network availability and device capability.
Broadband data top ups may be purchased from the Company at the rate of $5.00 for T,
GIG (500 MB) or $10.00 for 1 GIG of 3G/4G|LTE broadband data. Customer provides their
own device as plan does not include a device. Lifeline minutes, texts and data are
automatically posted each month on the Lifeline customer's service date. There is no
rollover of minutes, texts, or data, and any unused minutes, texts, or data will expire on the
next month's monthly service date. Services are for personal use only. All usage is subject
to the Acceptable Use Policy. See Terms of Service at www.enTouchwireless.com.
(Bundled Voice Plan)
Effective January 12,2021, Boomerang is also offering its non{ribal customers several optional
plan upgrades with minimal copays including certain added features: unlimited texts ($1.00
copay); 1200 minutes, unlimited texts and 250 MB data ($S.OO copay); 1200 voice, unlimited
texts and 1 GB data ($10.00 copay); unlimited talk and text plus 4.5 GB data ($25.00 copay);
unlimited talk and text plus 5 GB data ($26.00 copay); or unlimited talk and text plus 6 GB data
($30.00 copay).

Tribal subscribers will be upgraded from the prior Tribal Unlimited Unit & 1.5G8 Plan to the new
"Tribal Unlimited Talk and Text & 4.5G8 Plan" before the end of the January, 2021. The Tribal
Unlimited Unit & 1.sGB Plan will no longer be available as of February 1,2021.

The Tribal Unlimited Talk and Text & 4.5G8 plan offers unlimited talk, unlimited Text units (1
minute equals 1 unit, and 1 text equals 1 unit), and 4.5 GB of broadband data each month.
Broadband data is 3G/4GILTE based on network availability and device capability. A free entry
level smart phone is available to eligible subscribers who have not received a free phone in the
most recent 12-month period. Lifeline free minutes, units and data are automatically posted
each month on the Lifeline customer's service date. There is no roll over of unused minutes,
texts or data.

personal use only. All usage is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. See Terms of Service at

ln addition, Boomerang is now offering its Tribal Lifeline customers two optional 30-day plan
upgrades with minimal copays including additional data: Unlimited Talk and Text plus SGB data
($1.00 copay); and Unlimited Talk and Text plus 6GB data ($5.00 copay).
Descriptions of all the updated non{ribal and Tribal plans are set forth in the attachment. These
updated plans are being offered to all new non{ribal subscribers effective January 12,2021,
and to new Tribal customers effective January 4,2021. Existing Lifeline subscribers on a prior
plan will receive customer notice of the new plan options and will subsequently be transitioned
to a Boomerang Lifeline Plan for which they qualify.
