BWL-T-16-01 -Boomerang Wireless, LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless designation as an ETC
As discussed this morning, upon the approval by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") of Boomerang
Wireless, LLC d/b/a enTouch Wireless' ("Boomerang") application for designation as an Eligible Telecommunications
Carrier in Case No. BWL-T-16-01, Boomerang agrees to participate in the appropriate Idaho programs for wireless
companies and to pay the surcharges as required by the Commission. As we understand it from our discussion this
morning, that is the Idaho USF/Lifeline program and the 9-1-1 program.
Please let me know if there are any additional programs that would need to be considered. Should you have any
questions or concerns, do not hesitate to let us know.
