BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On May 13 2009, UCN filed a letter asking that its name be changed from UCN to inContact
Inc., d.a. UCN. UCN was issued Certificate No. 444 on April 20, 2005 in Case No. BUY-05-01.
The Company also filed its replacement price list that reflects the new organization s name.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the Company s changes and finds that these changes will be seamless to the
customers and recommends approval. Does the Commission agree?
