services within the State ofIdaho. In April 2005, Certificate No. 444 was issued to DCN.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity is issued to inContact, Inc. dba DCN, Certificate No. 444, to provide resold and
facilities-based local exchange and exchange access services within the State of Idaho. The
Commission approved this name change to Certificate No. 444 by Order No. 30843, in Case No.
BUY-05-01.
