Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local exchange telecommunications services to
customers throughoutIdaho.After a preliminaryreview,Commission Staff contacted UCN and
identified certain problems with the Application.On January 19,2005,UCN voluntarily
withdrew the Application.Consequently,this case should now be closed.

UCN requests thatihe Comriússion close Cas No.BUY-T204-01 and allow the
opportunityto re-file its Application,as new,at a future date.
