CANCELLATION OF ITS CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY NO.439,CASE NO.BUL-T-23-01.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On August 21,2023,BullsEye Telecom,Inc.("BullsEye")notified the Commission that,
as a result of its internal reorganization,effective July 1,2023,all of its customers are now being
served by its affiliate,Lingo Telecom,LLC.BullsEye has ceased operations within the state of
Idaho,and requests cancelation of its Certificate of Public convenience and Necessity
("CPCN")-CertificateNo.439-issued by Commission Order No.29680,in Case No.BUL-T-
04-01.BullsEye also requested that its tariffs on file with the Commission be cancelled.
STAFF REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed BullsEye'srequest to cancel its CPCN certificate.Staff recommends
that the Commission cancel BullsEye'sCPCN.Staff also recommends a cancellation of
BullsEye'stariffs.
