On August 21, 2023, BullsEye Telecom, Inc. (“BullsEye” or “Company”) notified the
Commission that, because of internal reorganization, effective July 1, 2023, all of its customers
are now being served by its affiliate, Lingo Telecom, LLC. BullsEye has ceased operations within
the state of Idaho and requested cancelation of its Certificate of Public convenience and Necessity
(“CPCN”)—Certificate No. 439—issued by Commission Order No. 29680, in Case No. BUL-T-
04-01. BullsEye also requested that its tariffs on file with the Commission be cancelled
(“Application”).
COMMISSION STAFF REVIEW
The Commission Staff (“Staff”) reviewed BullsEye’s Application. Based on this review,
Staff recommends that the Commission cancel BullsEye’s CPCN No. 439. Staff also recommends
cancellation of BullsEye’s associated tariffs.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission finds that Idaho customers would not be harmed by withdrawing CPCN
No. 439 from BullsEye and cancelling associated tariffs. The Commission finds it reasonable to
approve the Company’s request that CPCN No. 439 be withdrawn, and the associated tariffs be
cancelled.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CPCN No. 439 is withdrawn, and any associated tariffs
are cancelled.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order regarding any matter
decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,
any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626.
