Dear Ms. Noriyuki:

This letter is submitted to notify the Commission that the internal reorganization and transfer of
customers as described in the Joint Notification of Internal Reorganization and Transfer of
Customers filed with the Commission on April 14, 2023 (“Transaction”) has been completed and the
customers of BullsEye Telecom, Inc. (“BullsEye” or “Company”) were transferred to its affiliate Lingo
Telecom, LLC (“Lingo Telecom”) effective July 1, 2023. BullsEye states that all of its customers are
now being served by Lingo Telecom, it has ceased operations within the state of Idaho, and hereby
requests cancelation of its telecommunications authority, Certificate No.439 issued in Case No. BUL-
T-04-01, and any tariffs on file with the Commission. The Company respectfully requests the earliest
possible effective date for this request.
