IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 405, is issued to Big Sky Telecom, Inc. This Certificate authorizes Big Sky to provide facilities-based and resold local exchange service within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved Big Sky’s Certificate by Order No. 29129 issued October 7, 2002, and authorized Big Sky to provide basic local exchange services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 29129.
