On July 18 , 2005 , Bellsouth Long Distance, Inc. filed an Application for a Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to provide local exchange service throughout
Idaho. On April 3, 2006, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn without
prejudice. Consequently, Bellsouth's Application for a CPCN is hereby considered withdrawn
and the case closed.
