SUBJECT: BIG RIVER TELEPHONE, CASE NO. BRT-T-10-01
In November 2010, Big River Telephone, LLC filed an Application for a Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide limited facilities-based and interexchange
telecommunications services in Idaho. On March 14, 2013, Big River requested that its
Application be withdrawn and the case closed, and stated the Company would resubmit its
application. Consequently, this case should now be closed.

On May 16, 20111 sent you a follow-up e-mail indicating that I had not heard anything from you - again, no response
from you.
It is now a year later - perhaps it is time to close Case No. BRT-T-10-01 and resubmit. You can do this by sending an e-
mail to Jean.Jewell@i.,uc.ldaho.Gov asking that this case be closed so that you can resubmit/refresh the Application and
Illustrative Tariff for Commission's approval.
Before you resubmit, I still have questions as to what the Company is providing and how. It wasn't clear if you were
interconnecting with the local cable companies, what exactly the service(s) is that the company will provide and
moreover, whether we have jurisdiction.
Please withdraw the November, 2010 filing and let's start this process over.
