Necessity, Certificate No. 406, is issued to Bridgeband Communications, Inc. This Certificate
authorizes Bridgeband to provide basic local exchange service in the areas served by Teton
Telecom, Qwest Corporation, Verizon Northwest, Inc. The Commission approved Bridgeband'
Certificate by Order No. 29173 issued December 19, 2002, and authorized Bridgeband to
provide telecommunications services in the areas served by Teton Telecom, Qwest Corporation
Verizon Northwest. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of
the Commission in Order No. 29173.
