Notification of Termination of certain T-Mobile reseller areas as Underlving.
Facilities-Based Carrier to Budset PrePay in Idaho
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On January 23,2013, Budget PrePay, Inc. ("Budget") was designated as a wireless, Lifeline-only
Eligible'Ielecommunications Can'ier ("ETC") by the Comrnission in Case No. BPP-T-12-01,
Order No. 32723. Budget has been providing wireless Lifeline service to eligible customers in
Idaho using the networks of Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and T-lvlobile.
By this letter, Budget wishes to notify the Commission that it will no longer be reselling the
services of 't-Mobile, as Budget no longer maintains a Service Agreement with this under lying
carrier. Therefore Budget has notified all effected consumers, by written letter and SMS notice,
that on March 15,2017, their service provided by Budget Mobile will terminate. Budget has
provided information to consumers directing them to the Universal Service Administrative Co.
(USAC) website map to find companies near their service areas. Budget has attached the written
notice for your review.

Budget PrePay, Inc. dlbla Budget Mobile is writing to notifo you of important upcoming changes to your
telecommunications service. Beginning on March 15,2017, your wireless telephone service with T-Mobile, provided by
Budget Mobile, will no longer be serviced by Budget Mobile and you will be required to seek your wireless telephone
service with another local provider.
In an effort to help with this transition of service you may access the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC)
link to see a list of local telephone service providers in your area. This link will help you determine which telephone
company is the best fit for your needs. Please click on http://www.lifelinesupport.org/ls/companies/companies.aspx for a
list of companies in your state, or call USAC at l-888-641-8722 and press I for additional assistance.
