Dear Deputy Attorney General Howell:
Pursuant to Case No. BPP-T-12-01 of Budget Prepay lnc. d/bla Budget Mobile's Eligible
Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) designation Order dated January 23,2012; Budget would like to
respectfully notii/ the Idaho Public Utilities Commission of our intent to amend the current Rate Plans as
submitted in Budget's Notice of Proposed Budget Mobile Rate plans letter dated May 30, 2013. Enclosed
for your review are the proposed Non-Lifeline and Lifeline Rate Plans. Please note that we are adding
additional plans (both Lifeline and Non-Lifeline) to provide more choices to our customers. These plans
willbe effective on March 1,2013, and shallbe available to allnew and existing Budget PrePay, Inc.
d/b/a Budget Mobile customers.

Federal Lifeline Credit $9.25
Service Period for all plans: All airtime (airtime associated with a particular plan, as well as additional
purchased minutes, text messages or other services) expires at the end of each 30 day cycle whether
Subscriber uses the airtime or not. No airtime (whether associated with a particular plan or purchased
separately) is carried over to the next 30-day period (no "rollover"). Additional airtime purchased
separately is available for a 30 days period from the date ofpurchase.
