RE:CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NO. 472 FOR BUDGET PREPAY,
INC. D/B/A BUDGET PHONE; CASE NO. BPP-T-07-01
BACKGROUND/DISCUS SION
On August 14,2A17, the Commission received a letter asking that Budget PrePay, Inc.
d/b/a Budget Phone, be allowed to cancel its Certificate No. 472 issued in BPP-T-07-01. See
Commission Order No. 30534, Currently, the Company is not operating in ldaho and has no
customers. The Company states that it is dissolving its business and requests that its certificate
be cancelled. Because the certificate is being cancelled, its price lists and/or tariffs should also
be cancelled and withdrawn.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and agrees that there will be no customers impacted by thc
cancellation of this certificate and recommends approval.
