Dear Ms. Hanian:
Enclosed for filing please find the PDF version of this letter submitted on behalf of Budget PrePay, Inc.
d/b/a Budget Phone ("Company") as notification that the Company requests to cancel all of its
Authorities, originally granted in the above mentioned docket numbers and cancel applicable tariffs
effective immediately. The Company is dissolving its business and will no longer offer any
telecommunications services.
The Company had no telecommunications revenue or customers in 2016 or 2017; therefore, customer
notice is not required.
