On March 26,2012,BLC Management,LLC dba Angles Communication Solutions
requested that its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)No.480 issued by the
Commission on October 1,2008,be cancelled.BLC Management stated it is no longer doing
business in Idaho.In its Decision Meeting on April 9,2012,the Commission approved BLC
Management’s request for cancellation of Certificate No.480.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
Tn July 2008,BLC Management,LLC dba Angles Communication Solutions filed an
Application for a CPCN to provide local exchange services in Idaho.Tn October 2008,the
Commission granted BLC Management’s Application for a CPCN.Order No.30650.
On March 26,2012,BLC Management requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated
that it is no longer doing business in Idaho.Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate
No.480 and remove the Company’s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that BLC Management,LLC dba Angles Communication
Solutions’request for cancellation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.480 is
granted.Certificate No.480 is no longer in effect,and BLC Management is no longer authorized to
provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §§61-619
and 61-626.
